2. What are your products made of?
Sublimation Totes (CLEARANCE ONLY) Each design itself is sublimation printed onto the tote, so you won't have to worry about the design peeling or warping from constant use!
Each tote is a high quality faux burlap with a 95% polyester 5% cotton material and is machine washable on cold and can be tumbled/air dried.
Direct-to-Film (DTF) Totes and Apparel (NEW) Each design is applied to the totes like a layer of vinyl. This method provides a high quality and full color image to give your item vibrancy. If taken care of correctly, these items will last you a long time with little to no cracking nor fading !! If proper care instructions are not followed, this method may be prone to peeling and/or cracking.
Totes: 100% polyester faux canvas
Football Jerseys: 100% polyester mesh material
Care Instructions: Machine was on cold and can be tumbled/air dried. Please wash and dry these totes inside out.
Stickers Made with a waterproof vinyl that can last up to 6 months without fading/bleeding without lamination. All stickers have a satin laminate that extends the life of the sticker from 6 months to 1-3 years. The sticker materials I use are comparable to the same vinyl one can find on a custom vinyl wrapped car. Jellibun stickers are perfect to place anywhere: laptops, water bottles, and even as a car sticker!

Jellibun is located in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
4. How long does it take to make my order?
All products are processed within a 2 week period.
You will receive a fulfillment email when I have shipped out.
This processing period is not included in the shipping time.
6. How long does shipping take? (USA and International)
Processing times above are not included in the estimated shipping times below.
USA - 1-5 business days
Tracked International - 1 to 4+ weeks (dependent on destination)
Shipping times will vary depending on location. These estimates are general average time frames.
7. Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?
In any case of cancellation or editing of an order, please reach out with your order number via my email (shopjellibun@gmail.com) or DM me on instagram (@jellibun) and I will get to you within 48 hours. If I have not fulfilled your order yet, I will gladly help you out with fixing your order!
At this time, the only edits I will accept are for items of the same type (tote for tote or sticker for sticker).
Full refunds/cancellations are available if I have not fulfilled your order yet.
8. I didn't receive my order OR I did receive my order, but it's damaged/missing items! What now? (Can I get a refund?)
Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any damage that happens after I ship out your order. I package very well and do my best to make sure items arrive safely! However, I understand that with the mailing system, a lot of things can happen!
