MANUBUN LISTINGS WILL BE REGULARLY DRAFTED AND RELISTED DEPENDING ON VOLUME OF ORDERS

1. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)? How do I order on the MANUBUN listings?

There is no MOQ on custom apparel items.

2. Do I need to provide art files, or can I just send you what idol/character I want on the shirt? Do I need to provide anything else?

You can do either or !! You can provide just the name of the idol or character and leave me with the artistic direction for your t-shirt. I do have some requests though if you choose to give me the artistic direction:

Custom Vintage Collage Tees: 
-- please provide a color scheme, theme, concept, or vibe you're looking for
-- please let me know how many images you'd like, up to 7 images

Custom Jerseys:
-- please provide the color of jersey you would like
-- any logos / images for the front and/or sleeves of the jersey
-- any name + number for the back of the jersey (if applicable)

3. How do I send you my art files? What quality/dpi do I need to provide? What files do you accept?

Please upload all files to a Google Drive folder with "MANUBUN, your artist name, month, and year" as the title
-- Example "MANUBUN Jellibun June 2026"

Make sure your folder is visible to those with the link, and share the link to me via email: info@jellibun.com and title your email the same thing as above. In the email, provide your order number (JB#1xxx) and your deadline date (date needed in-hands).

If you provide more than 7 images for a custom vintage collage tee, you acknowledge that not all images may not be used.

Required upload quality is at least 3000x3000 at 300dpi for every file. You will be contacted if your files are not to this standard.

Accepted file types: PNG, PSD, PDF

4. How long does it take to make my order?

All MANUBUN orders are made to order. Generally, MANUBUN orders are fulfilled within a 3 week processing period. If you are ordering for a concert or event, please order with at least 1 month prior to your in-hands date to allow time for processing and shipping.

You will receive a fulfillment email when I have shipped out.
This processing period is not included in the shipping time.

5. I need my order within less than 3 weeks, what do I do?

Any order placed within 3 weeks of your deadline date will be subject to a separate rush fee on top of your order, to be charged via Square payment link.
-- within 15~20 days: order total + 40% of your total as additional rush fee
-- within 8~14 days: order total + 50% of your total as additional rush fee
-- within 7 days: order cancellation with refund

6. How long does shipping take? (USA only)

Processing times above are not included in the estimated shipping times below.

USA - 1-5 business days

Shipping times will vary depending on location. These estimates are general average time frames.

7. Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?

In any case of cancellation or editing of an order, please reach out with your order number via my email (info@jellibun.com) or DM me on instagram (@jellibun) and I will get to you within 48 hours. If I have not fulfilled your order yet, I will gladly help you out with fixing your order! Full refunds/cancellations are only available if I have not started production on your order yet. 

8. I didn't receive my order OR I did receive my order, but it's damaged/missing items! What now? (Can I get a refund?)

Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any damage that happens after I ship out your order. I package very well and do my best to make sure items arrive safely! However, I understand that with the mailing system, a lot of things can happen! If there are any issues you see with your order, please reach out with your order number via my email (info@jellibun.com) or DM me on instagram (@jellibun) and I will get to you within 48 hours.
