1. What material are apparel products made of?
All apparel products are printed via the Direct-to-Film (DTF) technique. Each design is applied to the apparel like a layer of vinyl. This method provides a high quality and full color image to give your item vibrancy. If taken care of correctly, these items will last you a long time with little to no cracking nor fading !! If proper care instructions are not followed, this method may be prone to peeling and/or cracking.

T-Shirts: detailed per listing
Care Instructions: Machine wash on cold and can be tumbled/air dried with no heat. Please wash and dry these inside out.
2. How long does it take to make my order?
All apparel is made to order, unless it is part of a preorder wave. Made to order products are generally produced within a 2-week period.
You will receive a fulfillment email when I have shipped out.
This processing period is not included in the shipping time.

4. Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?
In any case of cancellation or editing of an order, please reach out with your order number via my email (info@jellibun.com) or DM me on instagram (@jellibun) and I will get to you within 48 hours. If I have not fulfilled your order yet, I will gladly help you out with fixing your order! Full refunds/cancellations are only available if I have not started production on your order yet.
